Philippe Courtot \ Chairman & CEO, Qualys, Inc.

Philippe Courtot is the chairman and CEO of Qualys, Inc. a leading provider of on demand vulnerability management.

Demonstrating a unique mix of technical vision, marketing and business acumen, Philippe Courtot has repeatedly built innovative companies into industry leaders. As CEO of Qualys, Philippe has worked with thousands of companies to improve their network security. In 2004, Philippe received the SC Magazine Editor's Award for bringing on demand technology to the network security industry and for co-founding, with former White House advisor Howard Schmidt, the CSO Interchange to provide a forum for sharing information in the security industry.

Before joining Qualys, Philippe was the Chairman and CEO of Signio, an electronic payment start-up that he repositioned to become a significant e-commerce player. In February 2000, VeriSign acquired Signio for more than a billion dollars. Today, VeriSign's payment division, based on the Signio technology, handles 30% of electronic transaction in the U.S., processing $100-million in daily sales. Prior to Signio, Philippe was President and CEO of Verity, where he re-engineered the company to become the leader in enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions. Under Philippe's direction, the company completed its initial public offering in November 1995. Philippe also turned an unknown company of 12 people, cc:Mail, into the dominant e-mail platform provider, achieving a 40% market share while competing directly against IBM and Microsoft. Acknowledging the market leading position of cc:Mail and the significance of e-mail in corporate environments, Lotus acquired the company in 1991. In 1986, as CEO of Thomson CGR Medical, a medical imaging company, Philippe received the Benjamin Franklin award for his role in the creation of a nationwide advertising campaign promoting the life-saving benefits of mammography. Philippe served on the Board of Trustees for The Internet Society, an international non-profit organization that fosters global cooperation and coordination on the development of the Internet. French and Basque born, he holds a Masters Degree in Physics from the University of Paris, came to the US in 1981 and has lived in Silicon Valley since 1987.

General Peter Pace \ Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, United States Armed Forces

General Peter Pace, USMC (Ret.) served as the 16th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the most senior position in the United States Armed Forces, from October 2005 to October 2007. In his capacity as chairman, he served as advisor to the President, Secretary of Defense, the National Security Council and the Homeland Security Council. Pace served as the Vice Chairman from 2001 to 2005. He is the first Marine to have served as either Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. During his tenure as chairman, Pace was responsible for providing military advice on U.S. operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

In June, 2008 General Pace was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation's highest civilian award. The President of the United States recognized General Pace for his selfless service and visionary leadership as one of our nation's most respected and admired military officers.

Pace is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds a master's degree in business administration from George Washington University. He received his commission in the Marine Corps in June 1967.

Sandra England Bergeron \ Chairman of the Board, TraceSecurity, Inc.

Sandra Bergeron is one of the best known and highly respected women of technology in Silicon Valley. Mrs. Bergeron is a venture partner at Trident Capital, and also serves as a director of Sophos Plc, Qualys, Inc. and TraceSecurity, Inc. She previously served as a director of Tipping Point, Netegrity, Nuance Communications, TriCipher, and ArcSight, until their acquisitions. In her tenured career at McAfee, Inc, Mrs. Bergeron held a number of key executive positions, including head of research and development, head of corporate strategy, and president of PGP Security.

Sandra Bergeron has a national reputation as a computer security thought leader. She has testified to the Subcommittee on Technology within the House Science Committee, regarding how government and private industry can better prepare for virus attacks. Bergeron was selected by U.S. Congressman Mike Honda and San Jose, California Mayor Ron Gonzales to serve on the Silicon Valley Blue Ribbon Task Force on Aviation Security and Technology.

Mrs. Bergeron is actively involved in promoting the role of women in technology though her chairmanship of the Bergeron Women in Technology Mentorship Program at Georgia State University. Since 2006, over twenty women have been recognized for their high academic achievement and leadership potential and have been named Bergeron Scholars. Each recipient receives a financial award and a unique mentoring partnership with a female executive from the technology industry.

Mrs. Bergeron holds an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Cum Laude) from Georgia State University, where she was named to the Hall of Fame at the J. Mack Robinson School of Business.

Donald R. Dixon \ Managing Director, Trident Capital

Don Dixon has been a co-founder and Managing Director of Trident Capital since 1993. From 1988 to 1993, Don was Co-President of Partech International, a private equity fund manager associated with Banque Paribas. From 1983 to 1988, he was a Managing Director of Alex. Brown & Sons. Earlier in his career, Don was a Vice President of Morgan Stanley & Co., and a Senior Account Officer at Citibank, N.A.

Don serves as a Director of Clarus Systems, Epicor Software Corporation (EPIC), PGI, Inc., Merchant e-Solutions, Inc., and Qualys Inc. Earlier, he served as a Director of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), Anasazi Inc., BankAmerica Merchant Services, Inc. (BPI), BlueStar Solutions, Inc., CSG Systems International, Inc (CSGS)., Evolving Systems, Inc. (EVOL), InfoUSA, Inc., Pegasus Systems, Inc. (PEGS), Sygate Technologies, Inc. and Unison Software, Inc. (UNSN).

Don earned his B.S.E. from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Don is also an Executive Committee member of the SEAS Strategic Planning Committee at Princeton University School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Jeffrey P. Hank \ Vice President and Corporate Controller, Intuit Inc

Jeffrey P. Hank has been the Vice President and Corporate Controller of Intuit Inc. since June 2005 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He joined Intuit Inc. in October 2003 as Director, Accounting Principles Group. From June 2002 to September 2003, Jeff was an audit partner at KPMG LLP. From September 1994 to June 2002, Jeff was an audit partner at Arthur Andersen LLP. He serves as Director of Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Accounting and Finance from the University of California at Berkeley.

Alex Pinchev \ President & CEO, Acronis Inc.

Alex Pinchev joined Acronis Inc. as the president & chief executive officer in January 2012, and has served on the Acronis board of directors since November 2010. Prior to joining Acronis as president & CEO, Alex was the executive vice president and president, global sales, services and field marketing at Red Hat where he led that organization’s worldwide sales, services and field marketing organizations and activities. In this role, he was instrumental in driving the company’s growth into the world’s leading provider of open source solutions and its expansion into emerging markets. During the course of his 25-year career, Alex has leveraged exceptional entrepreneurial and international acumen and led several successful start-up companies, including MainControl, Inc., where he served as chairman, president, CEO and founder. Mr. Pinchev also serves on the board of directors of Qualys, Inc., a provider of on demand IT security risk and compliance solutions, and of LogiXML, a provider of Web-based business intelligence software.

Yves Sisteron \ Managing Partner and Co-Founder, GRP Partners

Yves is a Managing Partner and co-founder of GRP Partners. Prior to GRP Partners, Yves managed the U.S. investments of Fourcar B.V., a division of Carrefour S.A., the second largest retailer in the world. In this capacity, he was an investor in numerous private equity investments in a number of venture capital, emerging growth and later-stage retailing transactions. Before his involvement with Fourcar, Yves was a management consultant advising French companies on the strategic and legal issues of conducting business and investing in the U.S.

Yves attended the University of Law (Lyon) where he received a JD and LLM, and received an LLM from New York University School of Law.
